Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Family Enterprise Canada (FEC) website. These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the Family Enterprise Canada website and any content available through the Family Enterprise Canada website (collectively, the “Website”) and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Family Enterprise Canada (the “Company”, “Us”, “We” or “FEC”). Services and Products

Family Enterprise Canada reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change specifications and/or prices on event tickets, products and/or services offered or advertised on the Website at any time. Family Enterprise Canada reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item. In the event that an event ticket, product and/or service is listed at an incorrect price for any reason, including a typographical error or error in pricing received from suppliers, Family Enterprise Canada shall have the right to refuse services or cancel orders for event tickets, products and/or services placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order or service has been confirmed and/or payment has been processed or charged.

You hereby acknowledge and confirm that all appointments made through the Website and all estimates of the time required to provide the requested services provided through the Website are not binding on Family Enterprise Canada. Family Enterprise Canada provides no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy of such features of the Website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Family Enterprise Canada reserves to the right to cancel, or change the date or time, of any appointment made by you through the Website without notice.

If you register or otherwise establish an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and your password. Family Enterprise Canada uses and discloses your personal information in accordance with the Family Enterprise Canada Privacy Policy. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Term and Conditions, your use of the Website, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding any rules of private international law or the conflict of laws which would lead to the application of any other laws. Any dispute between Family Enterprise Canada and you or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to the Website, these Terms and Conditions or any related matters must be resolved before the Courts of the Province of Ontario, and you hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of those Courts in respect of any such dispute or matter.

Family Enterprise Canada may, in its sole discretion, change, supplement or amend these Terms and Conditions as it relates to your future use of the Website from time to time, for any reason, and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. No consent or waiver by either party to or of any breach or default by the other party in its performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions will be deemed or construed to be a consent to or waiver of a continuing breach or default or any other breach or default of those or any other obligations of that party. No consent or waiver will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

The parties have expressly requested and required that these Terms and Conditions and all other related documents be drawn up in the English language. Les parties conviennent et exigent expressement que ce Contrat et tous les documents qui s’y rapportent soient redigés en anglais.
