Summary of the Workshop:

Lots of focus in a company is on performance, how well the company is doing financially, yet dig deeper and one discovers strong behaviour drives performance. That behaviour is impacted by how the owner uses his/her time and the bench strength of the management team.

Each company displays behaviours within and outside to customers, suppliers, and the community. A company at a higher stage demonstrates behaviour traits that make leading a company less stressful. This can be demonstrated by the discovery that the role of the leader evolves depending on the stage the management team reaches.

Overview of Objectives:

·         Overview of the four stages of leadership teams. Stage 2 management team, for example, can be reactive with management team dictating the president’s time and energy rather than supporting the president’s vision

·         Identify the five critical behaviour traits for a business success

·         Learn how individual leadership behaviour impacts on team success and ultimately builds a high performing company

Using an actual family business case study, learn what happens when managers at different stages are on the same team, and how that impacts on company performance.
