Coaching for Your P.A.G
See how a P.A.G Coach can help.
Whether your P.A.G – Personal Advisory Group™ is new or well-established and needs fresh momentum, a P.A.G Coach can help get you on track with advice and guidance tailored specifically for your group. Each Coach is professionally trained and deeply familiar with Family Enterprise Canada best practices. They can help you create or revise a charter or constitution, identify and assign roles, share communication and meeting facilitation techniques and more.
Coaching for new P.A.Gs:
- A P.A.G Coach will be provided for the initial three meetings, starting the group off on the right foot
- They will model the behaviours of a strong Moderator and will assist the group in identifying their own Moderator
- They will equip the group with the agenda, protocols and policies to ensure the P.A.G will flourish once their service has been completed
Coaching for existing P.A.Gs:
- For those P.A.Gs who want assistance to get themselves back on track, ensuring continued benefits from their P.A.G
- P.A.G Coaches provide support with processes and protocols, or additional training with the Moderator role
- Established P.A.Gs have the option to request support from a P.A.G Coach by connecting with the P.A.G Manager
